TCI Insider is a guide to the Turks and Caicos Islands and the home of the Atlas series, a growing set of single-subject studies of the property market, island life and professional services.

Who writes it

TCI Insider is published by Thrive (thrive.tc), which builds websites, tools and marketing for Turks and Caicos businesses. Anything to do with the site itself goes to drew@thrive.tc.

Every business in the guide is listed free and has its own page in the business directory. Featured pages and apps on TCI Insider are provided by Split Decision Ventures Ltd, in partnership with Thrive. Services for businesses.

How it is put together

• Businesses, schools, practices and firms are verified at the time of writing and cross-referenced with community reports.
• Prices and cost ranges are approximate, move with the season, and should be confirmed before you book.
• Property figures across the Atlas series come from Turks and Caicos MLS exports. Each Atlas carries its own note on sources.
• Where a figure or list comes from someone else, such as resort rates or the low season restaurant schedule, the source is credited on the page.
• Businesses do not pay to be listed, and the site carries no advertising.
• Some figures are held for registered readers. Registration is free and opens every Atlas. Sale prices older than a year are confidential MLS records and are only shared directly.

Corrections

Hours, prices and people change. If something here is out of date, email drew@thrive.tc and it will be corrected, with the change listed in the corrections log at the foot of the homepage.

Using this information
