All-day beachfront dining on the deck at The Sands, from French toast to conch chowder and the catch of the day

From Hemingway's
Hemingway's is the beachfront restaurant and bar at The Sands at Grace Bay, perched on the shore of Grace Bay Beach. It is open every day from 8am to 10pm for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with casual, elegant open-air dining on the deck and patio, steps from the sand.
Island dishes sit beside traditional favourites. Breakfast brings cinnamon raisin French toast and huevos rancheros with black bean salsa; lunch runs to gourmet sandwiches, soft fish tacos, mango shrimp salad and jerk chicken; and dinner, "a moveable feast from the sea", centres on grilled snapper and grouper, seared ahi tuna, pasta and filet mignon. The red conch chowder is award-winning, and the conch empanadas were Grand Champion at the Conch Festival.
The full bar mixes specialty cocktails, and the deck is a spot for sunset. Readers of USA TODAY 10Best voted Hemingway's the number one restaurant in the Caribbean in 2023.
